First, let’s start with the list view and check out all the work. Users should ensure that they have selected a dashboard list view.

To see everything assigned to users. They should filter recipients based on their names only. It keeps me going by filtering all my task assignments in one place. And this mode only performs the change on behalf of the user.
Three basic options in the Tracup list view dashboard
If they hover over a task name, three options will appear. First, users can change task priority.

Also, users can rename the task, this is the fastest way to change the task name.

Users will work with another team member on this task. They must therefore add this person to their task as an assignee.
Click on the list view of recipients and connections and find their name, just click and they are now assigned.

If users don’t see any recipient option here, just click on the plus sign on the top right and select the appropriate field, then it will show up.
Next, let’s update our due date on that task, just click the calendar icon in the column to the right of the task name and select a new due date from the drop-down menu.
